• All original packaging, tags, and accessories should be included

• Please provide your order confirmation or receipt

How returns work:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake
